Service Agreement & Terms of Use

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for purchased items pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS/UPS). We are not responsible for packages stolen or lost after a carrier confirms “Delivered” status to the provided address.

Customers assume full responsibility for assessing if a product is suitable for their needs. Laurel Creek Holdings Ii, LLC is not liable for damage or injury resulting from the improper handling or modification of physical goods.

All graphics, logos, and product photography are the exclusive property of Laurel Creek Holdings Ii, LLC. Reproduction or distribution of our content without written consent is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction. We provide goods “as is” without implied warranties for a particular purpose.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved within the state or federal courts of California.
