Returns & Refunds Policy
Laurel Creek Holdings Ii, LLC maintains standardized return protocols to ensure transaction transparency. This page outlines the guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges for physical consumer goods.
1. Return Window
Our eligibility period for returns is strictly defined as 15 calendar days starting from the date the carrier marks your order as “Delivered”.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return and subsequent restocking, items must meet the following:
- Condition: Must be new, unused, and in the exact condition received.
- Packaging: Must remain in original packaging with all tags, inserts, and manuals.
- Documentation: Valid proof of purchase (Order ID) is mandatory.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following goods are exempt from our return policy:
- Items marked as “Sale”, “Clearance”, or “Non-Returnable”.
- Custom Orders: Any physical product personalized or made-to-order.
- Used items or products showing signs of alteration.
4. Return Logistics Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping expenditures.
If the return is due to an incorrect item sent or a verified manufacturing defect, we will provide a prepaid domestic shipping label.
Note: Original shipping fees ($7.62) are non-refundable.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Do not send physical goods back to our office or the fulfillment center without prior authorization.

- Attach clear photographs if claiming a defect or damage.
- Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) and warehouse address.
6. Inspection & Refund Timeline
Once the returned item is received and inspected for condition compliance, we will notify you of the status.
4–12 Business Days
Credits are strictly applied to the original method of payment (PayPal or Credit/Debit Card via Stripe).
7. Exchanges & Defective Goods
Damaged on Arrival: Document the damage immediately and contact us. We will arrange a replacement for the same product.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective. For different versions or variants, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
